A sock factory that speaks marketplace.

Most factories quote you 5,000 pairs and ask what your "brand story" is. If you're running an Amazon, Etsy or Shopify listing, you need something different: a small first run, labels that pass warehouse check-in, and a restock that lands before your listing goes stale. That's what this page is about. More about us as a socks manufacturer in Turkey →

📦 300 pairs to start 🏷️ FBA-ready labelling ⚡ 10–14 day restocks

The three things that actually break a sock listing

1 · Going out of stock

A listing that runs dry loses its ranking and rarely comes back to where it was. The fix isn't ordering more — it's ordering faster. Turkey to an EU warehouse is 2–4 days by road; a repeat run leaves us in 10–14 days. From Asia you're planning six to eight weeks ahead and guessing.

2 · Cash stuck in inventory

5,000 pairs of an unproven design is a five-figure bet on a guess. At 300 pairs you find out whether the listing converts before the money is gone, and you reorder the winner instead of discounting the loser.

3 · Warehouse rejections

Wrong barcode placement, missing poly bag, no suffocation warning — and your shipment sits in receiving. We apply labels to spec at the factory, which costs cents; fixing it in a destination warehouse costs more than the socks.

Which platform you're on changes the answer

Amazon FBA

Prep compliance is everything and stock-outs are punished hardest. Start at 300–500 pairs on one design, get the labels right at source, and plan your reorder at 60% sell-through rather than at zero.

Etsy

Buyers pay for character, not volume. Small runs of patterned or gift-boxed socks work well here, and packaging matters more than price — a printed belly band at €0.15 changes how the product photographs.

Shopify / own store

You control the margin, so quality and repeat purchase decide everything. This is where paying a little more per pair for combed cotton and a proper toe seam pays back fastest.

Trendyol / Hepsiburada

Domestic marketplaces move on price and speed. Multipacks, fast local delivery and a clean product photo do most of the work — and being in Istanbul means restocks in days, not weeks.

A first order that makes sense

  1. One design, one colorway, 300 pairs. Split the sizes however your data suggests — mixing sizes costs nothing.
  2. Price it before you design it. Our instant quote tool gives a realistic per-pair range in 30 seconds, so you can check your margin against platform fees first.
  3. Free first sample. Photograph it for the listing while production runs — not after.
  4. Labels applied here. Send your FNSKU or barcode file with the order.
  5. Reorder at 60% sold, not at zero. With a 10–14 day production window, that's the rhythm that keeps a listing alive.

Questions sellers ask us

Can you ship straight to an FBA warehouse?
Yes — labelled, bagged and carton-marked with your shipment ID. You never handle the stock.
What if my first 300 pairs don't sell?
Then you've learned that for the cost of 300 pairs instead of 5,000, which is the entire point of a low minimum. We'd rather you test cheaply and come back than carry dead stock and blame the factory.
Do you dropship single orders?
No. We're a factory, not a fulfilment service — our minimum is 300 pairs. If you need single-unit fulfilment, buy a production run and use a 3PL.
Can I sell the same design you sell in your own store?
Our store carries our own Vargel-branded range. Anything we produce for you is yours — your design, your labels, and we don't resell it. Design ownership is put in writing before production.
How do I know the quality before ordering?
Order the Studio Sample Box — physical knit, colour and sole samples, and its cost is credited to your first production order.
