Proof of work

Who we already manufacture for.

Anyone can publish a capability list. What a buyer actually wants to know is whether someone else has trusted this factory with real volume, and whether they came back. Two programmes answer that: one running at five million pairs a year, and an international sportswear brand shipping to Italy. More about us as a socks manufacturer in Turkey →

Five million plain socks is a capacity question. Five million multi-colour, constantly changing socks is a different job, and that is what this programme actually is: rich jacquard patterns, detailed colourwork and a range that shifts season to season across the full sock catalogue — cotton everyday, sports, kids, dress, thermal.

Every extra colour in a jacquard is another yarn feeder. Every new design is a fresh machine setup rather than a long uninterrupted run. Colour has to hold across dye lots that were never dyed on the same day, and the number of ways a pair can go wrong multiplies with each added shade. A factory can hit big volume on one simple sock by leaving a machine alone for a month. Holding that volume while the design changes constantly is the part that takes an actual production system.

What this programme really tests is whether pair number 4,000,000 comes out like pair number 40 — same yarn spec, same cuff recovery, same toe seam, same colour — in continuous 30-day cycles, without the quality drift that only shows up two seasons later.

A one-off order proves a factory can produce. A programme that reorders continuously, at this variety, proves it can repeat.

Kappa

Shipped direct to Italy · repeat production

We have produced for Kappa and shipped directly to Italy on repeated occasions. For a buyer, the useful part of that is not the name on the label — it is what an international sportswear brand's intake process puts a supplier through before a carton is accepted: specification discipline, consistency between runs, and export documentation that has to be right the first time.

A brand at that level does not re-order from a factory it has to chase.

Capacity — the honest version

We run at 10 million pairs a year. Long-running programmes account for roughly half of that. We would rather give you the actual arithmetic than say "unlimited capacity" and work out the truth later. What it means in practice:

Small runs are always available

300–5,000 pair orders slot into existing machine time. These are never the constraint, and they are not slower for being small.

Real room for large programmes

About half of annual capacity is open. Six-figure volumes are scheduled with you — season, machine time and yarn planned in advance rather than promised on the spot.

Ask before you assume

Tell us the annual volume and the season you need it in. If we cannot hold it we will say so; a factory that says yes to everything is telling you what you want to hear.

What this means if you're smaller

The same line, the same checks

Your 300-pair run goes through the same four quality gates as a five-million-pair programme: incoming yarn, in-line knitting, post-boarding and pre-shipment AQL.

Volume buys you stability

Long programmes let us hold yarn stock and machine time. That's why a small brand can still get a 10–14 day repeat run here — the capacity is already warm.

We're not too big to answer

Large volume elsewhere doesn't mean you get ignored. The instant quote tool and the free first sample exist precisely so a 300-pair buyer doesn't have to chase anyone.
