What we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, country — when you create a buyer account.
- Order data: delivery address, phone, purchased items — to fulfil and ship your order.
- Quote data: the project details you submit through quote or contact forms.
We do not store card details — payments are processed by our licensed payment provider.
How we use it
- Fulfilling orders, samples and quote requests you initiate.
- Account features: order history and quote tracking.
- Transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates). No marketing email without your explicit opt-in.
Sharing
Data is shared only with parties required to complete your order: courier companies (delivery), our payment provider (checkout) and legal authorities where the law requires. We never sell personal data.
Retention & your rights
Order records are kept as long as commercial law requires; account data until you delete your account. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via info@vargelcorap.com. We respond within 30 days, in line with GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK.
Cookies and visitor statistics
Essential cookies. Your session (login) and your shopping cart. These are required for the site to work and are not used for tracking or advertising.
Anonymous page counter. Our own server counts page views and keeps only daily totals — for example “the quote page was opened 7 times on 12 March”. It sets no cookie, stores no IP address, does not follow you between pages and sends nothing to any third party.
Google Analytics. Used only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Until you do, no Google script is loaded and no Google cookie is set. If you never see a banner, analytics is switched off entirely. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies at any time.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer, or by clearing your browser data.
