Import duties or VAT applied by your country (if any) are the recipient's responsibility. Most personal-quantity sock orders clear without charges.
Returns & exchanges
- 30-day return window from the delivery date.
- Unworn items in original packaging qualify for a full refund of the product price.
- Hygiene rule: opened single pairs can't be returned, but any quality defect is refunded or replaced immediately — a photo is enough, no need to ship it back.
